The green spaces and bodies of water near the hotel are a welcome change from the dreariness of the city. The Cosmonaut proudly boasts a 4-star rating and is no slouch in this respect: the standard rooms are not very large, but are equipped with all the necessary comforts, and are pleasant, with Western-style furniture and thick carpeting. The superior categories are impeccable, some with lovely views over the park. All this for rates that don't go through the roof and are, fortunately, negotiable if you're staying more than one night.
