A snack bar a little out of the way, but well worth the trip if you want to eat well on a more than decent budget. Every day, fresh produce is selected to concoct the recipes that will garnish the gastronomes and shelves where you can help yourself according to your desires and appetite. Plov, of course, has pride of place every day, but more modest appetites will delight in mantys, samsas or salads... All Kazakh specialties are on display, and you can choose the quantity you want. Pastries, on the other hand, are rather unremarkable.
