The main advantage of this establishment is its location, in the heart of the old town and a stone's throw from the railway station, which is perfect if you're only stopping off in Aktobe. The rooms are divided into various categories: from Spartan with bathroom and toilet on the landing to basic with private bathroom and, almost always, hot water. The equipment is minimalist (a television and its remote control) and the most "luxurious" have air-conditioning. Given the price, it's a fair deal.
