MAO LING IMPERIAL TOMB
It is the tomb of Han Wudi (140-87 BC), the fifth emperor and most powerful of the Han. Its construction is impressive and it is estimated that excavations will reveal very many funerary objects. The Annales report that the emperor was buried with a jade of jade on the tongue and his body protected by platelets also jade.
