Housed in a beautifully restored haveli, which was once a ruin threatening to collapse completely, the Anokhi Museum is dedicated to textiles and the skills of the artisans of this region of Rajasthan. Anokhi is a fairly well known brand of clothing in Jaipur, fair and responsible. The museum allows you to learn about the printing techniques and especially the blockprint, a specialty of the Jaipur area. Craftsmen are present for demonstrations, wood block cutter and fabric printer. A very pleasant visit.
