Chez Jeannette, Fabrice and Alexandra Bigolet's restaurant, lives up to its reputation as an excellent address. Fabrice's creative dishes are inspired by Burgundian cuisine. They are resolutely gastronomic yet affordable. Veal sweetbreads with crayfish, coq au vin and other subtle marriages of flavors, it's all there. The hushed Burgundian style of the French-ceilinged dining room is enhanced by white tablecloths and traditional bell service. The wine list is 100% Burgundy and accessible.

Ne pas mettre ni lardons, ni oignons grelots dans des oeufs en meurettes : c'est dommage ; La cervelle d'agneau un peu molle, le tout servi dans une salle bruyante. Dommage car il y a de la recherche dans la présentation des plats et le service, le plateau de fromage est magnifique... J'attendais mieux.

Bonne étape près de Dijon
Cet hôtel restaurant situé dans un joli village du vignoble, proche d'une appellation très renommée, Gevrey Chambertin, est une excellente étape pour qui souhaite une halte au calme et une excellente cuisine. Très bon rapport qualité prix, compte tenu de la qualité du restaurant.

En couple sommes restés 3 jours, Les nouveaux propriétaires sont exemplaires
Très accueillant et chaleureux.
Avons passé 3 nuits ,très bonne literie,TV, WiFi, beau coin salle de douche, calme, reposant ...Avons pris 3 petits déjeuner très copieux
Avons pris 3 repas du soir,carte épurée, excellent produit frais de saison et du terroir, très bonne cuisine, très bien présenté, service irréprochable
