GLOBAL WILDLIFE CENTER
Parc Global Wildlife Center, just west of Folsom, offers a train ride to explore the reserve.
Just west of Folsom is the Global Wildlife Center. It is the largest free-range animal sanctuary in the country, with more than 3,500 animals from all over the world (giraffes, zebras, kangaroos, camels, bison, llamas, etc.). To discover the reserve, visitors are taken on a small train. Before leaving, pots of corn are sold to feed the animals. The animals are quickly attracted and come spontaneously to eat the corn. Do not go during the summer when it is very dry and too hot.
