HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON SHREVEPORT

Welcomed with a sign stating desk clerk away at the moment. Stood there for 5 minutes until she came out of the back office. Got to my room, changed and went to get food. Got back, key would not work. Went down to desk, again, met with the same sign and stood for another 5 minutes. Got to my room, no television remote. Desk clerk said she’d have maintenance bring me one. 10 minutes later, she brought it.
Got up next morning, coffee maker didn’t work. Went down for breakfast and coffee. Told the front desk about coffee maker, she said they’d get me one. Went back up to room to shower, shower door wouldn’t close. It was off its rail and I had to force it closed. Went to do what in town to do, got to hotel, got a great parking spot next to side entrance near elevator, key wouldn’t work. Walked around to front, got another key, got to room. No working coffee maker.
I’ll never stay at another Homewood Suites again.
I support 14 Sr. Living communities throughout Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas, and I travel extensively. Again, I’ll never again stay at another Homewood Suites.

I wish I could give the staff here 10 stars because I would! My mother had emergency surgery and I couldn't drive her all the way home afterwards, so we came here. The friendly caring staff here checked on us all the time and even brought my mom a card. So sweet!

Love this hotel BUT PLEASE FIX THE CARD READERS OUTSIDE THE DOORS

Second visit in only a few months. This was a longer stay and the only issue was the room alarm clock didn't work andthe water pressure was terrible! Service personnel were cordial and professional

Can't sleep or workout. Little kids running around all night, they let 7 kids act beyond bad in the gym all night. 7 kids all under 10 years old running in the gym, throwing weights, putting the only one working treadmill at the top mph and wrecking it. They don't monitor the gym at all , kids came back in three times and ran a muck, loud. They run all over the hotel as in literally going around the building on the 1st floor, shouting, knocking on doors, no parents in sight. Screaming all night on the second floor room 215! Front staff did nothing to stop it. Yes the same.room 215 on the second floor had 8, yes I said 8 in the room at the same time! Some of us stay here for work, and just want a good night sleep so we can wake up and great job the next day for our employer. An last two nightsdefinitely could not do that.
