Now the customer service was fine. It was great.
But seeing 3 roaches before i got to my room was ridiculous. Then get to my room the AC/Heat unit wasnt working probbly, no remote to tv, comforter had a big hole in it, bumping going on all night from people up above me and then i wake up and the bathroom area is flooded and cailing is linking. I barely got any sleep because i was scaredva roach or bug was gonba climb in the bed with me. This hotel needs to be torn down or remodeled. Section 8 housing looks better and smells better then this hotel. I call and ask about getting something off the room and manager said they dont do that.
Oh yeah and im not even from here.
