I can’t believe Hilton has their brand attached to this hotel. In our room the air conditioner didn’t work, and we had so little water pressure that water dripped from the faucet. Not to mention, taking a shower was out of the question. The sheets were very old as well. We notified the front desk, and they sent the “maintenance” man to “fix” the problems with the air conditioner and water. Of course he couldn’t fix either issue. I am sure they know about the problems with this room. Don’t stay here! I would give it zero stars if the review allowed.

Very accommodating, I made a reservation late in the day for 2 rooms on the app. Called to see if they could get them side by side or at least the same floor. They got us next to each other. Rooms were clean, breakfast area was clean and all the employees said good morning. The only issue I had was the thermostat in the room faced the bed and was extremely bright in what should be a dark room, maybe during the renovation they could be moved to the door area. I read the other reviews and there were a lot of complaints about the staff, we saw none of that, everyone was inviting and friendly, I guess if you bring your "I Want 5 ⭐ Accommodations" attitude into a 3 ⭐ hotel then you probably brought that on yourself. VERY HAPPY HERE.

The staff here have been continuously courteous and communicative and helpful. From check-in, to check-out as well as the shuttle to the airport. Every single person I interacted with was very nice. It was greatly appreciated many thanks to them all!

The breakfast was also very nice, what I would expect from this sort of place, and more than just coffee, or a couplenof types of fruit out. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, various bread and pastry items. Cereal, several juice options, and the waffle batter / machines.

First off I want to thank God for placing me at the Hampton on Monkhouse drive. I had a pipe burst in my attic on January 23, 24 and through my home owners insurance, I was place there for temporary stay. I had many other things that had already happened and I was very overwhelmed, but when I tell you when I got there I felt right at home. The staff from the manager of the property on down to the housekeeping staff and the ground keepers were very nice and helpful. They displaced hospitality from the time I we were there to our departure on February 15, 24. I can’t express my gratitude enough to the staff there, they accepted me and my family. I am forever grateful to them all. If you are just looking for a hotel to just stay at, then I suggest you go somewhere else, but if you’re looking for a hotel stay to make you feel right at home, I highly recommend the Hampton on monkhouse drive, thank you all again for your warmth.

The only thing positive I can say about this hotel is the location. Other than that it sucks. The night employee at the desk is rude and nasty. I have never dealt with a more rude hotel employee in my life. The place was filthy and I ended up leaving and going to another hotel.

I'm sad to share I did not have a good experience with the staff. I had a do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaning crew knocked on my door multiple times before 12pm. I had a teams meeting that was supposed to end at 12pm however it lasted a little longer than expected. I stepped away from my meeting to let her know my meeting was running long and out of my control. I guess she didn't like that and I got calls from the front desk. When my meeting ended at 12:20pm it took me 2 minutes to grab my stuff and leave. All I received was glares when I left. I will never stay here again after this experience.

Response to management:

I was not aware checkout was at 11 am. A lot of the hotels I stay at typically have a 12 pm checkout time. I do see that now and apologize. With that said, I wasn't told this when I checked in, and in general how I was treated even on my departure was unacceptable even if I overstayed my welcome by an hour and twenty minutes. Thank you.

I have stayed here three separate times. The customer service is top-notch, and the rooms are clean. The breakfast has always been good except for the last visit where the oatmeal was soupy and the pastries were stale. However, when the lady in charge of breakfast was notified, she bent over backwards to fix it. She was awesome.

Decent hotel for the right reason…and that reason should only be a short stay to get up early to get to the airport. It is a short walk to the terminal. Hotel is a bit dated. Had to move rooms a few times because the thermostat and heat were not working correctly.

I would like to commend the service staff. They were very friendly and the check-in experience was delightful. Continental breakfast goes til 10AM everyday (which is usually only on weekends), so we were pleased to be able to take a little bit more time in the morning and still take advantage of the free breakfast. A coupke of things for improvement: (1) We had a king suite, and the pull-out sofa had extensive stains all over it. (2) The hardware for the pocket door to the bedroom was broken. A few cosmetic correction/upgrades would serve this facility well.

Stayed one night with our dogs. Told them I had dogs and signed the paper. Three days after we left, we get two unexpected charges. One for 75 and the other for 25. After a week of calling we get an email saying it was for the dogs. A front end person had said the 25 was for incidentals and would come off later; could not explain the 75. No corrected invoice and no further explanation. Can't even get a straight answer about the pet fee. The room already smelled bad and the AC made it worse. The AC smelled like urine. With several pet friendly hotels nearby, we will never go back! I understand paying a pet fee, but I want to know what it is, up front. Had to dispute the 25 with our credit card. Hilton rewards was no help either.
