Housed in the former Fire Station #6 in Bossier City's Old Downtown area, this craft brewery is a real gem. In addition to its house nectars, consisting of six regular beers and seasonal shooting stars, Flying Heart is also known for its delicious New York-style pizzas, with 15 different options and a special edition every month. Also worth mentioning is the giant pretzel with a cheddar and beer sauce.
