Restaurant offering house specialties, inventive Vietnamese cuisine and fresh products.
The chef and his wife set bridges between Western and Asian cuisine. The nems, the Phô (Vietnamese soup to beef) and Bo bun (to vermicelli) are the specialities of the house but other surprises await you. This is the case of mango salad or flan to avocado and coconut milk. The Garum is far from a caricature of Asian restaurants for tourists. The vaulted room is simple, charming and beautifully decorated. The stone walls and the fireplace are perfect. For our great pleasure, the restaurant offers catering service and also sells some fine grocery products. You will be able to discover the chocolate Marou produced by two French people who raise cocoa cultivation in Vietnam with the help of local producers such as the leader of Du! This last kitchen is a delicious Marou chocolate foam and also offers honey of Vietnamese canopy harvested in wild hives 30 m high. The restaurant's map is limited, but it gives you access to simple, family, and inventive Vietnamese cuisine and consists of fresh products.
