A museum dedicated to Flavigny aniseed sweets! Factory, museum, tasting, café, store... Suitable for all ages.
Our good candy! This is the motto of the famous Anis de Flavigny, the little aniseed sweets you can discover at the Musée des Anis, located in the grounds of a former abbey. From the vaulted rooms of the back store and café, you cross the former packaging workshops, then the abbey courtyard, before passing through a vintage room and finally the workshop. The museum plunges us into the history of sweets, and gives us a good idea of the know-how of the staff and how the machines work. We learn all about the genesis of these pretty oval boxes and the recipe that has been the same since 1591! Did you know that it takes two weeks to go from aniseed to candy? The seeds are selected, then passed through turbines, mixed with a syrup made from sugar and water... and hey presto! The candies are ready. The brand, which is committed to both the protection of nature and the safety of its employees and consumers, has launched an organic range featuring ten natural flavors (violet, eucalyptus, blackcurrant...). The tour is interactive and fun for all ages. Don't miss the aroma laboratory, where visitors try to guess the natural aromas used to create the flavors. These are selected in collaboration with Grasse perfumers. So, lemon? orange blossom? It's not that easy! Stop by the boutique to stock up!

un buffet de "dégustation" où vos enfants s'attarderont !
On peut y goûter sur place grâce à un agréable petit salon de thé mêlant les odeurs de chocolat et d'anis.
Vraiment incontournable de la visite de Flavigny.
