Created by a group of enthusiastic friends, including Cellar Master Cyril Raveau and Brewmaster Guillaume Souloumiac, Brasserie de Flavigny produces 12,000 liters of beer a month from short-run raw materials. The beers produced are unique in that they are not fermented in the bottle. White, IPA, winter beer, classic lager, lemon or raspberry for summer, the choice is plethoric. The brewery also has a boutique, a tasting room and a terrace with an incredible panorama.

Ein schöner Ort für eine kleine Weinprobe. Wir kamen ohne Anmeldung und wurden trotzdem freundlich empfangen. Der Wein schmeckt, jedoch waren nicht alle Sorten meins.

Cadre magnifique et typique, dans une ancienne étable, terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle, couchers de soleil romantiques, bières et vins au top, planches, fish & chips ou burgers selon les jours... extras ! En famille, en amoureux ou entre potes, on a tout essayé. A faire, à refaire, je ne m´en lasse pas !
