Located on a farm that once belonged to the Abbey of Flavigny, this 14-hectare estate boasts vines between Alesia and Caesar's former camp, facing south-east, on hillsides and pruned in a lyre shape to withstand the harsh climate. White grape varieties: Aligoté, Chardonnay and Auxerrois, and red grape varieties: Pinot Noir, César. Signature rosé is the estate's specialty. Made from Auxerrois, Pinot Beurot and César, it releases notes reminiscent of Provençal wines. A real marvel!
