If there is a restaurant to try at Baha Mar, it is undoubtedly Cleo, where the chef proposes a fusion cuisine between the flavors of the Mediterranean and the Bahamas. The concept is simple: share the food and order until you're full. The grilled octopus is simply melting like never before, the spicy beef cigars are a treat for the taste buds and that's without mentioning the amazing fried Brussels sprouts with candied orange that Belgian-born chef Bernard Lottin has good reason to be proud of. The bill is a bit steep, but you have to pay for quality, especially in the Bahamas!
