Since 1977, the Hertzog family has been managing its 7.5 hectare estate using sustainable viticulture methods, particularly in the area known as Bildstoecklé (future1er Cru). The range of Hertzog wines covers all the specificities of Alsace, in various ranges. Some of the wines are matured in the Cave des Hospices de Strasbourg. The estate also offers Alsace crémants (brut, white, rosé) as well as Vendanges Tardives and Sélection de Grains Nobles. Do not hesitate to stop by the charming tasting cellar of the Hertzog family, you will be well received!
