Son of West End fishermen, Edroy, nicknamed Big Daddy Brown, offers excellent Lambi salads in the center of Port Lucaya where most visitors pass through. He will prepare your salad on demand and in front of you. Hearty and tasty, Daddy Brown's Conch salad is very simple and effective. Fresh Conch and the right ingredients do the rest. The Tropical Conch Salad is similar to the regular one, but it also contains tropical fruits.
