This restaurant offers American-Bahamian cuisine. The fishermen bring the lobsters, grouper and mahi-mahi directly to the chef who prepares them in all sauces, each one better than the other. Fruits and vegetables are bought from the island's producers and often come from organic vegetable gardens. The view from the terrace is superb, it overlooks the whole of Elizabeth Harbour. In season, we strongly advise you to make a reservation, as the place is so pleasant that the terrace is often full.
