ACKLINS CASCARILLA HERITAGE FESTIVAL
A local cultural festival on Acklins Island, a good reason to discover one of the least known islands of the Bahamas.
The launch of this festival in 2019 was such a success that it is becoming a permanent fixture. Bahamian performers on stage, traditional games with local guides, local cooking classes and fashion shows are on the program for an event that delights young and old alike. This is a good reason to come to Acklins (check dates) and not be bored for a minute. Of course, you can also find authentic souvenirs to bring back from your trip!
