Bush House is located on the east coast of Madagascar in Tamatave province. Hidden in the vegetation, the lodge, consisting of bungalows, overlooks the lake of Ampitabe, one of the lakes of the Pangalanes Canal. Possibility of making transfers by boat from/to Manambato and Tamatave. Those who do not want to you on the beach, can visit the palmarium, to take a walk to the lake at the Nephentes (or lake aux Crocos). Ampitabe Lake attracts water sports enthusiasts. Bush House has sailing boats, windsurfing and canoes to discover the lake. All employees of the institution were recruited locally.
