FERME-AUBERGE LA MORVANDELLE
Restaurant-auberge offering a typical dish with a local atmosphere in Fontangy.
Welcome to La Morvandelle farm farm! Assisted by his son Florent, Marie-Claude Nicvert is head of a farm: cereals, charolaises, milk cows, milk calves, poultry, sheep… In a very well renovated barn, it has installed one of the first farm houses in Morvan. Here you are sure to taste fresh and fresh products: close to 90% came from its production. For a very reasonable price, you can choose between 3 or 4 entries (eggs in meurette, homemade country, veined ham…), followed by a typical dish (lamb à la ancienne à l'ancienne, milk calf or grass lamb). Finish the meal with regional cheeses or white cheese from the farm and then with a simple but tasty dessert: profiteroles, vacherin maison… Marie-Claude, who joins the network Welcome to la Ferme, responds with great pleasure to all your questions! For a typical lunch in a «land» atmosphere or to buy some agricultural products, go to Fontangy where Bernard Loiseau himself used to provide.
