This little corner of paradise is an organic vineyard and a high quality sheep's milk cheese factory. The program includes a tour of the farm, a milking demonstration and a cheese tasting by passionate and knowledgeable guides. The farm is also home to the Hartshorn Distillery, where you can taste delicious spirits. They also offer custom gin and vodka making workshops where you can mix different flavors to create your own elixir! A great experience to treat yourself to if you're in the area.
