FERME DU FAUBOURG
Océane Somment, a farmer's daughter, is also the3rd generation by marriage at the head of this Mulard duck farm producing foie gras, newly named La ferme du Faubourg. By setting up, she was able to build a new farm that houses 2,000 ducks per year and is equipped with a state-of-the-art laboratory that allows for the transformation of all production. Fresh and canned foie gras, terrines, mousses, confits... the range is wide and available at the farm store or on the markets in the region. And the walk to Frénois is worth the detour.
