Well-maintained pool lodge offering well-equipped rooms and cottages in Khorixas.
Built under mopane trees and linked by a labyrinth of small paths, the main building and cottages of Damara Mopane Lodge evoke an African village. The lodge has 60 well-equipped double rooms, surrounded by their own vegetable garden (70% of vegetables are locally grown), with a large, well-maintained swimming pool in the center. A short stroll up the hill overlooking the lodge is on offer. Ideal for a drink at sunset, when it's cooler, and for taking some pretty pictures.

Grand jardin avec une piscine de bonne dimension
Auf den zweiten Blick ein toller Service und Team. Insbesondere das Managementteam ist unglaublich enthusiastisch! Wir haben eine kleine private Tour bekommen. Die lodge ernährt sich zu großen Teilen selbst durch Gemüse das in den eigenen Gärten angebaut wird und eine kleine schweinezucht, die die Reste der Touristen verwertet.

Elefantentour war toll und gut geführt
