Location good but rooms not good. Looks like ancient building and heater smelled like spider web burning and we had to off it. Whole property needs rebuild. Not worth more that 70$ per night.

This is a cozy place to stay. My aunt always books with them when she comes out to visit us. Never a complaint about these guys.

I am pleased to review this Residence Inn for my 2 night stay. First, the staff I interacted with, at reception and the breakfast area, were friendly, welcoming, and helpful! The grounds are well maintained and pleasant. As another reviewer noted, the rooms are located across two buildings and do have more of an "apartment" feel than a hotel feel. I found this to be an excellent arrangement, as I experienced zero noise from my neighboring rooms or the room above. My one bedroom "suite" was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. I did not use the kitchenette, other than the fridge for storing my beverages, but I can see this would be useful for someone wanting to take advantage of this amenity. I found the breakfast to be pleasing, with fruit, oatmeal, grits, scrambled eggs, bacon, little quiche cups, and a variety of bread options available. My room, bathroom, and the entire facility I found to be very clean. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting New Orleans.
