Doha's new metro, inaugurated in 2019, is impressive: 3 very extensive lines serve the airport, among others; the red, the green and the gold, which intersect at Msheireb, the new eco-district in the heart of the city where a tramway takes over on the surface (just like in Lusail). Everything is ultra-modern, with elevators, escalators under glass roofs, driverless trains, air conditioning, wifi... the dream of every Parisian! Especially since it is only very busy in the morning, very early, the rest of the day it is rather quiet. The price is unbeatable.
