MOSAIC

The Mandarin Oriental is one of the sumptuous addresses inaugurated in the new pedestrian district of Msheireb. Located on the top floor, Mosaic is the hotel's signature restaurant, with an outdoor terrace and a view of the neighborhood. Inside: open kitchens and a graphic, luminous and warm décor where wood is in the spotlight. The menu features nine specialties, in a nod to the ancient silk route: Japanese sushi, Arabian mezze and grilled meats, Asian woks, rotisserie, Indian tandoori oven, yakitori grilled meats and artisanal bread.
