On the Croisette at The Pearl, one address stands out for its chic Mexican cantina table. Dare to try the homemade guacamole with local pomegranate, tacos, nachos with the famous pico de gallo sauce, real chili con carne, or the beef casserole... A signature dish: Mole con Pollo, chicken with a sauce of some thirty ingredients, including cocoa, cinnamon and chili pepper, following a grandmother's recipe from star chef Richard Sandoval. He also has another table, Maya Doha, in the Kempinski Hotel in West Bay.
