Masala Library is one of Mumbai's finest restaurants, which has just opened in the heart of the new Fairmont Doha hotel on the Lusail marina. While the contemporary setting is rather classic, in elegant, understated beige tones, the concept of this table is highly original. It features an immersive "Sadhna" tasting menu, created by charismatic Indian chef Jiggs Kalra. Meditative and theatrical, it's a culinary journey through four dishes, including vegetarian ones, each representing a facet of Indian geography and culture.
