This is the star restaurant of the Grand Hyatt, the sea-facing resort between The Pearl and Lusail, which has a lovely outdoor terrace with a sea breeze. For a change from grilled meats and mezze, this light Thai menu is of a rare finesse. We find the main ingredients of this cuisine with pleasure: coconut milk, lemongrass, green papaya, galangal, green and red curries, Thai basil, fish and meat cooked in pandan leaves, wok and steam... All the Thai cuisine !
