When you arrive in Katara, you can't miss the new Galeries Lafayettes complex in its French-Italian neoclassical style building with a gleaming copper dome. In addition to the French brand's stores, it houses the Wahaj restaurant in a place with bay windows and an outdoor terrace. We like the elaborate setting of warm wood and rattan seats and lights, and its chic globalized menu with Italian tendencies, with pasta and risottos, pizzetas but also sashimi, tataki and maki rolls.
