Jiwan’s menu uses seasonal ingredients and you can expect contemporary Arabic dishes such as harees, madroba, balaleet, hummus and sambousek, as well as desserts like luqimat and muhalabiya.
Everyone recommends trying the harees, a porridge-like dish made of whole wheat. Jiwan adds barracuda to it along with ghee on top. It’s the perfect savory comfort food.
We were fortunate to have Karim as our server, who not only brought our food with precision and timing but also enriched our dining experience with his extensive knowledge of the menu and impeccable service. His attention to detail truly elevated our time at Jiwan to a top-tier experience.
The ambience of the restaurant was enchanting, and we were thrilled that our request for outdoor seating next to a heater was accommodated. It allowed us to bask in the beautiful surroundings while staying comfortably warm. Additionally, the table provided us with a breathtaking view, making Mia’s 25th birthday celebration truly unforgettable.
Overall, the combination of excellent service, delectable cuisine, and a charming atmosphere made our visit to Jiwan Restaurant a memorable one. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and eager to return for another delightful dining experience.

Most dishes tasted strange
Lage: Direkt im 4.Stock des Nationalmuseums. Mit dem Lift erreichbar.
Gute auch mit der Metro (gelbe Linie) zu schaffen, weil eigene Haltestelle.
Absolute Empfehlung.
Ottimo cibo con presentazione da stellato, servizio perfetto, ambiente over the top (il ristorante fa parte del museo disegnato dal Jean Nouvel)
Prezzi come in Europa si mangia sui 60/70 a persona.
Les goûts traditionnels de la région sont fin et facile à faire découvrir pour la famille en visite.
Le lieu est magnifique avec une décoration très douce.
L'équipe est au petit soin et très discret. Un service digne des plus grand restaurant.
The only reason I'm not giving this a full 5-star rating was that the service was cold and somewhat impersonal, especially with the host desk staff that didn't bother to acknowledge me as I was leaving the restaurant.
Would recommend to anyone - we even saw people on layovers from the airport come into the city for this experience which is a great idea! We can’t wait to visit again!

仔细一看居然还是米三的厨师来的。
多哈真的融合性很强，边边角角都会偶遇好吃食。点了午餐套餐，三点之前都可以点。100QAR一份。前菜，沙拉，主菜和甜品，平民价格体验米三水准。
Chickpea hummus 加了整颗鹰嘴豆的鹰嘴豆泥，口感更丰富，果干也把味道层次丰富了许多，让鹰嘴豆不再是配饼吃的酱料配角，变成一道开胃的前菜，好吃。
「Freekeh」翡麦北非地区独特的谷物，加了芝麻菜和鱿鱼口感丰富，适度的酸口调味。
eJiwan chicken biryani 印度香饭，多种调料煮出来的米饭配上先煮后烤的鸡肉，鸡肉选材很好，新鲜，烤出来也是软嫩多汁。米饭依然是煮得比较松散，香料下得也不重，比较适合中国胃。
整体感觉口味偏东南亚，融合了一些当地特色，调味没有过于奇怪的口味，适合中国胃。
学环境：有个大阳台可以俯瞰整个沙漠玫瑰。
