DESERT ROSE CAFE

The Desert Rose Café is a nice new place in the Qatar National Museum to have breakfast, a light lunch or a sweet break. In addition to detoxing and invigorating juices like the Desert Rose Cooler (raspberry, mango, ginger, honey and ginger ale), one can try light and green dishes, deliciously presented, like the Noof Madrouba, the signature dish of rice, chicken, spinach, oats, spices, red maabouj, lemon powder and green shoots or the harees, with a lamb mouse, wheat flour, maabouj and micro sprouts.
