This fine dining restaurant, not far from Souq Waqif, is located in Msheireb, within the Park Hyatt Doha. The Opus restaurant is an ode to French and Qatari cuisine. It is none other than the Michelin-starred French chef Jean-François Roquette (from Park Hyatt Paris), who composed the menu to create beautiful plates prepared in open kitchens. The French originality and know-how are present, as well as the Arabic ingredients and cooking techniques, all with finesse and deliciousness. The outdoor terrace is very pleasant.
