This restaurant, created by Michelin starred chef Akrame in Paris, has opened its table in Doha. It is named after a province of Azerbaijan and promises a culinary journey along the ancient Silk Road. A high quality gastronomy concocted with fragrant spices. The restaurant is planted with beautiful olive trees, with a terrace overlooking The Pearl's promenade. The open kitchen gives a glimpse of the tandoori ovens. The saffron lobster is unforgettable, as is the Qatari-inspired lamb mouse, marinated and slow-cooked, lined with pomegranate.
