We like this table within the Hilton hotel turned towards the sea, for its relaxed style, here we play on the casual chic codes to put the guests at their ease. The cuisine is globalized, of European inspiration, with a good wine list, a bar of seafood specialties with oysters, devilled chicken or grilled lobster or octopus, but also a handful of original local dishes, including machboos, a chicken with almonds, raisins and spices from Souq Waqif, or a kousa Mahshi, zucchini stuffed with lamb, mint, garlic and umm ali.
