Michelin-starred chef Joël Robuchon needs no introduction, either in France or in Doha. He has just opened a fine Mediterranean-inspired table in the Four Seasons at The Pearl, in a glamorous Art Deco décor of verdigris and copper velvet armchairs and retro chandeliers. A new refined cuisine is served, with a French Touch, featuring fish and seafood. The Riviera menu and the Saint-Tropez brunch are the stars of the menu. For a drink, there are creative cocktails such as the France with Cognac or the Italy with Martini.
