The new Four Seasons on The Pearl has opened several interesting tables. Chicago Rare immerses you in vintage Chicago decor, with an incredible Art Deco and Industrial revival setting and cosy upholstered leather armchairs. This steakhouse puts meat first, with its gargantuan "black angus tomahawk" entrecôte, served by waiters in period shirts and suspender pants. Another star of the menu is the burger. Terrace with panoramic view of the Persian Gulf. For total immersion, jazz concerts on Thursday and Friday.
