EVERGREEN ORGANICS

Evergreen is an organic vegan café-resto with a Brooklynite feel. The green plants, bay windows and warm wood give a nice atmosphere. The owner of the place is a passionate Qatari vegan. We like here the worked compositions of the breakfasts, nutritive and vitaminized bowls like the Avocado Love (cashew cheese, mango, red onion, coriander, wholemeal bread), salads with the king of kale salad (fennel, zucchini, pomegranate, pumpkin shoots, nuts, spices, kale)... But also raw dishes, desserts, juices and smoothies.
