Doha goes green: here's a new, highly original vegan address that's well worth a visit. All dishes have been created by Matthew Kenney, a famous American chef and best-selling author of plant-based cuisine. A plant-based approach to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, a symphony of plant-based flavors in a fine choice of salads, vegan burgers (with a chickpea patty, avocado and cashew cheese), falafels, but also a strawberry basil cheesecake, tahini ice cream and other bold desserts.
