You can see Stadium 974 from the corniche in the distance, with its colorful yellow, blue and red rectangles. Built for the FIFA 2022 World Cup, it is made up of 974 containers of recycled materials. A fascinating giant Lego set that meets the construction requirements of a stadium while being nomadic, as it can be completely dismantled! Initially intended to be donated to an African country, then sold to Uruguay for the 2030 World Cup in Latin America, the offer ultimately fell through, and for the time being it remains in Doha in complete disuse.
