West Bay boasts an exceptional waterfront with its skyline as a backdrop. So Doha decided to wipe the slate clean and start again, as always! The new West Bay beach is shared between six hotels, but forms a wide, pleasant strip of sand that has been fitted out with two new public beaches since 2022. The idea is to create 2 km of pedestrian promenades and bicycle paths. A private club, the Doha Beach Club, with deckchairs, children's play equipment and a restaurant, offers bathing in swimsuits. This is in addition to the hotel beach clubs.
