Les Volets Bleus is the cultural café that Bénigne Barbier created opposite the Château de Gilly by revitalizing the village bar. The address appeals to all profiles and all generations for a coffee, a glass of wine, a local beer and a meal concocted with jars, local charcuterie, cheeses from Delin and desserts from the neighboring baker. Themed evenings, including match broadcasts, games and tastings, are also organized. When it's not improvised theater or wine tasting in the presence of a winemaker.
