This village, now abandoned, is composed of housing units built in hardwood, to each of which is added a building made of wooden planks with a gable roof, probably intended to house the accessories and products of fishing. But also a mosque whose plan includes a closed prayer room, with 7 naves and 2 bays, and a courtyard divided into two parts, one of which, raised, borders the prayer room in terrace. It was inhabited by the family of the pirate and tribal leader Rahmah ibn Jabir al-Jalahimah who fought the Al Khalifa of Bahrain.
