This restaurant, part of the Fuwairit Kite Beach hotel, offers a sunny setting in pastel azure and yellow, inspired by the world of Californian surfing and kitesurfing, with Volkswagen minivan counters, table soccer and a fun & cool atmosphere. On the menu, fresh, healthy cuisine, lots of salads with "superfoods" such as kale and beet, and detox juices. But also fish and meat prepared according to Californian soul food recipes, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. You can have lunch by the pool, which is very pleasant.
