The bar of the new Fuwairit kitesurfing hotel, designed by Tapestry Collection by Hilton, sits on the eponymous beach. Like its neighbor, the Rider restaurant, it has all the hallmarks of an American-style cool spot, within a concept hotel where theatrical décor is the order of the day. The highlight of the show: the backlit wooden zinc, matching the panelling over the seas, facing swings as stools. The à la carte menu features excellent handcrafted cocktails for a good time after a day's kitesurfing.
