An immersion in the local culture and architecture of an old 17th century rum distillery. The building breathes the kindness of Emilio Wilson who became the owner of this former property dedicated to the cultivation of sugar cane in 1954. His grandmother worked as a slave on the property and he worked hard to maintain the land. A beautiful tribute to this personality by integrating a restaurant in what was formerly the main house. Unique on the island, the setting invites you to enjoy your dinner in peace.
