We're guided by the enticing smell of wood-fired pastry. And not just any wood! The fragrant scent of quince and tamarind. This gives a special taste to the pizzas, which are both copious and inventive, with no fewer than 20 types, including the most original with the fish of the day. Depending on what's available, the pizza can be made with shark, mahi-mahi or lobster! Alan and Katia set up shop in 2013 and are committed to keeping the family tradition alive, as the pizza oven has been delighting islanders and sometimes famous visitors for 20 years!
