When you enter Corossol, you discover the soul of Saint-Barth. A village that knows how to keep its values and Le Régal is the neighbourhood bistro where the locals meet around a local dish in the greatest simplicity. It is also the "sports bar" of the district with an affection for the football players of the metropolis who like to go to this typical and true place. The Creole cuisine will make you sunny with the accras, fricassee of chatrou, rice, pis d'Angole or lambis stew. Save a place for Mamie Marie's cake!
